先來看看ETS官方對(duì)于GRE考試中語文數(shù)學(xué)部分的評(píng)分是如何進(jìn)行的：
The Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning measures are section-level adaptive. This means the computer selects the second operational section of a measure based on your performance on the first section. Within each section, all questions contribute equally to the final score.The raw score is converted to a scaled score through a process known as equating. The equating process accounts for minor variations in difficulty among the different test editions as well as the differences in difficulty introduced by the section-level adaptation. Thus a given scaled score for a particular measure reflects the same level of performance regardless of which second section was selected and when the test was taken.
上述這段內(nèi)容引用自ETS官網(wǎng)的GRE頻道。通過這段內(nèi)容介紹要為考生糾正的一個(gè)認(rèn)識(shí)是，GRE考試的語文和數(shù)學(xué)部分并非1道題目1分。雖然考試題目數(shù)量和分?jǐn)?shù)區(qū)間正好對(duì)應(yīng)，分別是40題和40分，但這并不代表這每道題目就是1分。實(shí)際上GRE考試的語文和數(shù)學(xué)分成2個(gè)SECTION(有加試的部分還會(huì)多一個(gè)SECTION)，而第二個(gè)SECTION的難度是會(huì)根據(jù)第一個(gè)SECTION考生的解題情況來進(jìn)行調(diào)整的，也就是所謂的section-level adaptive�？忌绻谝粋�(gè)SECTION表現(xiàn)較好正確率高，那么第二個(gè)SECTION的難度就會(huì)上升，當(dāng)然大家的得分也會(huì)會(huì)因此提高，或者說進(jìn)入高分區(qū)。之后哪怕在第二個(gè)SECTION中錯(cuò)題數(shù)量較多，得分方面仍然會(huì)有一定優(yōu)勢。
